Of course, it’s no miracle cure. If you eat fatty foods and a lot of sweet things, the tea alone won’t bring much success. But it does speed up the process of losing weight. A couple of days ago, I spoke to a professor in Japan, who said that the Japanese are slim largely because they drink pu-erh tea every day, and the fat they consume doesn’t stay on. How correct this is, I don’t know, but the Japanese seem to be convinced by their drink, and in the meantime, I’ve lost 15kg. Doris B.
