How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs 5.00 euros to countries within the EU, as well as to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.  For countries outside the EU, please ask.

Must I pay any other costs on delivery?
As you are prepaying by credit card or bank transfer, there are no other costs to pay on delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We deliver from our warehouses in Germany and Spain.  Following payment, orders are processed within one working day.  Your order will normally arrive within three days at the latest.

What happens if I’m not at home when the delivery arrives?
The postman will post the package through your letter box, if it fits, or he will leave a collection note.  You then have 7 days in which to pick up the package from the post office.  After this, it is returned to us.  In this event, you will have to pay extra for a new delivery.

What is the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee?
We want to make sure you are satisfied with our service.  Therefore, there is a 14 day money back guarantee on all orders.  This means that after you have received your package from us, you have 14 days in which to send it back to us, whatever the reason.  The only condition is that the individual items (containers) remain unopened and undamaged, especially if the item has a seal.  Simply send us an e-mail, and we’ll tell you where you should send the package.  We’ll then reimburse you with the purchase price by bank transfer.

How secure are credit card payments? 
We use Paypal for accepting credit card payments on our behalf.  Paypal is one of the world’s largest providers of this service, so the security and trustworthiness of your credit card payment is guaranteed!!!  PLEASE NOTE: For technical reasons, the usual padlock symbol that appears in your browser window on so-called safe pages does not appear.  Despite this, before entering your credit card details, the page will still change, enabling your details to be sent safely using SSL encryption!

How long must I wait for my order to arrive?
We send you the items as soon as the invoice sum arrives in our bank or Paypal account.  They should usually arrive within 2 days.

Which countries does Forever Slim deliver to?
We deliver to every country in Europe.

How do I pay?
You can prepay by bank transfer, or through our partner, Paypal, where you can pay by credit card.

Is delivery in discrete packaging?
We always send orders in discrete packaging, to the address specified by you.

Can you send the items to my office?
Just give us your preferred delivery address, and we’ll send the items there.

Is there a discount for bulk orders?
Please e-mail us, as we have a special price list for bulk orders.  If you send us your business registration, we’ll list you as a repeat customer, with a special price scale.


Why does “Paypal”, rather than “Forever Slim”, appear on my credit card statement?
We use Paypal for accepting credit card payments on our behalf.  They take the money from your card and send it on to us.  That’s why your statement says “Paypal” instead of “Forever Slim”.
