How to Order from the Forever Slim Online Shop
Here you can find out how to place an order in our online shop. Don’t worry; ordering from us is very easy. However, we want to be sure that all your questions are answered, so we have prepared the following extensive guide. Security advice: Your personal data is transferred via a so-called “secure server”, and cannot therefore be read by third parties. The security technology used by us conforms to the latest worldwide standards! Your personal data will only be stored by us for statistical purposes, and will not of course be passed on to third parties!
This is how you can order an item:
1. In “Our Products“, click on the product category that interests you.
2. You’ll now see an overview of all the products on offer in this range. If you click on the product names, you’ll see extensive information about that particular product.
3. At the top of the product description page, enter the quantity of the product which you would like to order, then click “Add to Shopping Cart”.
4. You are now in the Shopping Cart. This works in the same way as a shopping cart at the supermarket. Here you can see all the products you would like to order. You can change the order quantity at any time, or delete an item from the Shopping Cart.
5. If you would like to add further products to the Shopping Cart, click again on “Products” in the navigation menu on the left, and follow the same procedure as above (points 1 to 4). If not, click on “To Checkout”.
6. Now give your account address. Fields in bold type must be filled in. We recommend including your telephone number in case of any queries. If the account address and delivery address are different, you can also add an alternative delivery address. Click on the small box next to “alternative delivery address” (once you have entered your account address), and then click on “Next”.
7. Select your payment method (bank transfer or credit card/Paypal), and click the small box next to “I have read and accept the terms and conditions”, to show that you have read and accepted them. Then click on “Next”.
8. You are now on the final ordering page. Please check all your details again. If you discover a mistake, click on “Back” (red bar above), and correct the mistake. If all the details are correct, click below on “Submit”.
9. Done! If everything has gone correctly, you will now see the message “Thank you for your order!”. As soon as your order has been checked by us (normally within one working day), you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. Orders usually arrive within 3 days after payment has gone through.
